OLIVER DESIGN GROUP ARCHITECTURE COMPLETES FINAL PHASE OF PALM SPRINGS SHOPPING CENTER FOR PHILIPS INTERNATIONAL
Palm City, Florida – More than eight years after being selected as the Architect to help Philips International renovate its 231,000 square foot Palm Springs shopping center, the center just completed final construction on its last tenant. Oliver Design Group designed two buildings along with multiple tenant renovations for the overall shopping center.
“During the last eight years, we have worked with Philips International to overhaul an outdated shopping center by adding new spaces, renovating existing ones and rejuvenating the exterior facade, which allowed Philips to make the shopping center more visible for its current tenants and to help them attract new tenants for the added buildings,” commented Ed Oliver, Founder.
With over 35 years of providing architectural services to south Florida clients, the firm is responsible for the successful completion of diverse projects including more than eight million square feet of office buildings and interior space.
Recognized for excellent and innovative design solutions, Ed Oliver and his dedicated staff, who have been with him for an average of more than 17 years, has developed a diverse portfolio with a broad range of clients including public and private institutions, corporations and private developers.
